    The system allows for independent adjustment of up to 4 radiant zones within the booth: left side, right side, rear, and ceiling. This enables intelligent and targeted use, optimizing consumption and avoiding waste of energy—and therefore, money.

    Thanks to this flexibility, the operator can choose between speed or economy, based on specific needs:

    Speed: For urgent jobs or peak workloads.

    Economy: When workflow schedules are less demanding.

    Example of a standard automotive application: If only two panels have been painted (e.g., a door and a fender), only the Radiant group for that specific zone can be activated. This ensures correct cross-linking (curing) with maximum cost savings.

    Alternatively, if greater speed is required, the ceiling Radiant group can be activated alongside the wall unit. This significantly boosts performance, allowing for perfect curing in much shorter timeframes.

    Surprisingly Comfortable Painting Environments

    Even with extremely low external temperatures, Radiant guarantees high standards of operator comfort. Its extraordinary radiant capacity makes the time spent inside the booth during the painting phase truly pleasant.

    The heat emitted by the ceiling-mounted Radiant group (where installed) gently envelops the operator, replicating the pleasant sensation of a powerful sun warming a winter day in the mountains, even in the presence of cold air.

    The aerodynamic shape of the panels is specifically designed to prevent turbulence when the booth ventilation is active.

  • Versions

    Radiant is built on a modular platform available in two sizes:

    Radiant L (1200×300 mm) and Radiant XL (1200×600 mm).

    In both cases, multiple power levels are available to ensure maximum versatility, allowing you to configure and scale the ideal system for every specific production requirement. Depending on your needs, Radiant panels can be installed in vertical, horizontal, or ceiling positions, or on specialized 20° inclined brackets.

  • Control Systems

    In addition to being compatible with custom-engineered management systems designed to meet specific requirements, our installations are generally supplied with two primary control options:

    Easy control

    Easy Control is an electromechanical system equipped with several automated functions. It manages up to three zones of the spray booth (left, right, and rear/ceiling) through three thermoregulators, allowing the temperature of each zone to be adjusted independently.
    The system features two primary modes:
    Painting mode
    Flashing/Drying mode
    Temperature set-points can be independently adjusted and easily modified to meet the specific needs of each zone. Additionally, for the flashing/drying phase, a timer is included to automatically turn off the panels once the set time has elapsed.
    Easy Control includes the Ecomatic function, which intermittently activates and deactivates the various zones to reduce power absorption peaks—particularly during the painting phase—and to limit consumption whenever required.

    Smart control

    Smart Control is Raytherm’s advanced electronic management system, featuring a PLC and a latest-generation 10” touchscreen. In addition to all the functions found in Easy Control, Smart Control allows for independent temperature regulation of all four zones of the spray booth (right, left, rear, and ceiling).

    It monitors real-time consumption and provides access to statistical data from previous jobs saved in the system. All functions are easily managed, including via remote access.

    Air Matic allows you to activate the spray booth’s intake and exhaust motors simply by using the spray gun. After a pre-set interval (typically 120 seconds) from the end of the spraying process—providing sufficient time to exhaust residual paint fumes—the booth motors will shut down automatically.

    The main advantages of Air Matic include:

    Optimized Motor Usage: Intake and exhaust motors run only for the strictly necessary time, eliminating energy waste.

    Heat Retention: It prevents the heat produced by the Radiant system from being expelled unnecessarily by keeping the motors running longer than needed.

    Filter Longevity: It minimizes the wear and consumption of the booth’s activated carbon filters (where present).

    When activated, this function provides intermittent power to the various zones of the booth. Eco Matic reduces energy consumption while maintaining uniform heat radiation across all sides of the booth. It is particularly useful when available power is limited and cannot simultaneously support both the booth motors (intake and exhaust) and the Radiant system.

    Synergy with Air Matic: When combined with the Air Matic system and set to Auto mode, the system activates automatically as soon as it detects spray gun use. In this way, when the booth motors start, the Eco Matic function is triggered simultaneously, preventing accidental power spikes caused by the combined draw of the motors and the Radiant system.

    Thanks to their high level of digitalization and significant reduction in consumption compared to competing systems, Radiant systems are Industry 4.0 and 5.0 READY.
    Designed to be connected and integrated into the entire workflow, Radiant systems represent an advanced, future-proof solution. In the Smart Control version—featuring comprehensive and highly innovative software—Radiant may qualify for significant tax incentives (subject to local conditions and the fulfillment of specific requirements).

    The system allows for real-time monitoring of all operations, such as:
    Which and how many panels were activated;
    The specific operating modes utilized;
    Detailed data for every single operation.
